The name ‘Caribbean Kings’ says it all for this 5-man Soundcrew, consisting of all cousins: ‘D-Money aka De Rasta 4-eyes’ Double J, Jah, Locks & Baby Wayne. Established in 2003 de Kings represent all of the West Indies but more specifically their native home country of St Lucia, but they have ties with other islands having been born or a parent from Antigua & Barbuda and also Tortola (British Virgin Islands). Since starting in the entertainment scene CKS have been always trying to strive to get the Caribbean culture known across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Specializing in the music of the Caribbean, Soca & Reggae, they have a vast knowledge in Zouk (music of the French Creole aka Patios islands: St Lucia, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Haiti) But to be more “versatile” CKS also plays music in many other genres, Hip Hop, R&B, Disco etc.
