DJ Primetime was raised in Buffalo till about the age of 5. All he knew and loved was hip-hop. Moving to Canada opened him up to all types of music, but hip-hop was still his love. One day he was over a friend’s house and his friend had turntables. He told DJ Primetime to try them out. He started doing a simple mix by following his friend’s instructions. The music started blending in and he brought the other tune in perfectly. It was like he was born a deejay. The feeling he got from that set his mind to what he wanted as a career. Music was something he was always passionate about, now djing made that passion bigger than any word could explain. What better way is there, making money doing something you love?

After realizing this was what he wanted, he then saved up money to buy his own set. He practiced everyday learning new techniques all by himself. DJ Primetime formed a Soundcrew in 2005 but later on decided to do it solo. From that point he thought about ways to move forward and establish himself to be different from other deejays. His remixes and blends really start up a crowd. He is one of the most skilled and versatile deejays on the come up. Striving for perfection, DJ Primetime always thinks after every show about what he could have done better. He plays for people as if he was on the dance floor listening to himself. This makes him an even greater DJ to be reckoned with in the future.
